			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was delighted to speak at the Nashville chapter launch of the National Association of Women MBAs, hosted by Belmont University last month.   After my presentation on developing a proactive work style, I was asked to follow up and speak at the national conference.   I was thrilled to speak to so many of Nashville’s most educated professional women and now I am excited to continue this relationship at the national level.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>At the national conference in Dallas, I’ll be leading a workshop called <em>Turn Your Resume Into a Job Offer. </em> NAWMBA members will be able to learn my secrets behind writing a powerful resume that highlights a candidate’s accomplishments, and I will share short cuts that take the pain out of writing an effective resume and cover letter. My practical tips will turn any resume into a job offer!</p>

<p>Leaders are constantly being asked to do more with less.  In order to continue to meet this challenge, it is more important than ever to ensure that your team is made up of productive and engaged players.  Everyone has a different “currency” of motivation and what is important to them.  In this module you’ll learn how to tap into that motivation and begin to work with each team member as an individual in order to gain the greatest performance possible.</p>
