We offer a number of training modules designed specifically for HR and Talent Acquisition Specialists. We keep their perspective in mind to be sure that the content is relevant and actionable from the moment they leave the session.
Our focus is on great stories, discussion, and problem solving skills to create a “sticky” factor. It’s not enough that they “get it” in the session. They have to be able to do something different when they are back to their every day life.
We offer day long sessions (3 modules), half day sessions (2 modules), or 2 hour sessions (1 module). These modules are designed to accommodate Recruiter and HR professionals with various levels of experience. All sessions can be delivered in person or via interactive webinar.
